Hoffman’s Car Stereo, L.L.C. is a family-owned car audio and electronics specialist serving Orange Park, FL, since 2009. With roots in the car audio industry dating back to the 1980s, we are passionate about delivering premium sound, quality products, and exceptional customer service. Hoffman's Car Stereo LLC. is a family owned and operated business that began in 2009 in Orange Park, FL. Our dedication for producing quality sounding music is what makes us who we are. We are a family who cares about you and your needs. We have been involved with car audio services since the 1980's and our experience shows throughout the detailed work we provide. We pride ourselves in having great customer service and helping customers choose the right components for their systems. We guide them through every step of the way. We would not be where we are today if it was not for our customers!

We specialize in sales and installation of our car stereo products as well as LED lighting and marine applications. We can take care of any of your mobile audio and video needs. Our team of skilled professionals can handle any of your needs and produce excellent results that exceed your standards. We can do installations for cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, and boats.

At Hoffman’s Car Stereo we understand how important your vehicles are which is why we treat them like they are our own. Our goal is to provide every customer with high quality products. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Q: Can I return a product or get a refund under any condition?
A: Only at the sole discretion of Hoffman’s Car Stereo. If a return or exchange is approved:

• A 25% restocking fee will apply.
• Any applicable shipping fees will be charged.
• Refunds are issued as store credit only.
Is the merchandise new and under warranty?
Yes, all merchandise is brand new and comes with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: What if I didn’t have my product installed by Hoffman’s?
A: If you purchased a product from us but did not have it installed by us, the warranty is handled directly through the manufacturer.
Do not return the product to our store. You are responsible for contacting the manufacturer and handling the return process.

Q: What does the manufacturer’s warranty cover?
A: The manufacturer’s warranty covers, Defective merchandise & Poor craftsmanship. It does not cover, Labor costs & Shipping fees

Q: What do I need to keep for warranty coverage?
A: You must retain the original receipt, product packaging, and all included materials. Without these, your warranty is void.
Do you offer any warranty if you install the product?
Yes. If we install the product, we offer a 30-day parts and labor warranty.
After 30 days:

• The product may still be covered under warranty.
• Labor and shipping charges will apply for removal and replacement.
Who is responsible for product registration?
You, the customer, are solely responsible for registering your product with the manufacturer.
Are there shipping charges for warranty service?
Yes. A minimum shipping fee of $25 applies.
Final shipping costs may vary based on Product weight & Destination.
